This product works ok, make sure you are near the bathroom LOL because it’s kind of a laxative. I will never order natural moves from this seller again. Seller mailed me an open probably returned item. The tablets smells horrible!!!!! Usually the tablets smells like strong herbal pills, but today it smelled like dog food and cigars. You’re better off ordering natural moves bottle from the main site [...]

When I am really constipated, Natural Moves helps me get back on tract. It is a little hard to swallow so you may want to cut the pill in half. Make sure to drink a glass of water when taking it.

    Warm up some olive oil into a small bowl but not too hot coz you dont want to burn urself. Then dip some cotton into it and rub it over your bottom belly part (ovaries) . You should poop in no time! Also try apricot form tea
