Very helpful and informative; clearly understood

I read this book at suggestion of my therapist. I later purchased this book to be able to refer to it. I am a nurse and am having difficulty understanding what is happening to my body. I found this book basic enough for the lay person and still not insulting to my intelligence. I would recommend this book to anyone who is having problems with anal incontinence.

The only resource for women with birth injuries resulting in anal incontinence
By Janice M. Swanson
As a nurse educator, I found this book invaluable; I suffered injured muscles during childbirth of my first child which did not show up until 35 years later as fecal incontinence. I had a prolapsed bowel and had 13 inches of my colon removed. Now a close friend, at 38 years of age, is experiencing the same thing. This is a common experience among women during childbirth yet I was misdiagnosed by 3 physicians. The only help is this book, which I am sending to this friend. There should be more books and magazine articles about this common condition, and these women need the expertise of colon surgeons following childbirth to insure proper treatment that will prevent the occurrence of this condition. An explanation of the condition and how to get expert help and support is contained in this valuable book.

Copyright exists the moment the work is created. Simply by writing it you establish your copyright over the work. By adding Copyright Your Name Year (or the C in a circle symbol) it makes it easier to show this. In most jurisdictions there is no need (and often no vehicle) to register your ownership of the piece. It only becomes an issue if later you have to prove you were the original creator of the work, words, idea etc. You can do this with evidence from your computer and the program the piece was created on as they tag the document and create a 'paper trail' (albeit an electronic one). I never 'register' my copyright and would never pay anyone $40 for them to keep a record of this (although that sounds like a good earn for me to get into!). I do write Copyright P.Gamsby 2011 on everything and so on but you have to expect a little plagiarism from time to time and deal with it if it happens.

Like the article below says…constipation is a sign that things are not right with your digestive system…
As a teen I was always constipated because I never drank fluids…I had 1-2 BM's a week…I look back at that and think how stupidly scary that was and I never even noticed…
If your severely constipated that could mean severely dehydrated and that is very dangerous…
Good Luck!
