Anesthetic Ointment
By Whole Grain fan
I wanted to try Dibucaine. I’d used it after the birth of my 1st child w/success. It was the same, but I realized that another product I’d been using, but had a hard x finding was actually much better. Sorry, didn’t mean to be oblique. The product I use for this purpose is Dr. Sheffield‘s Hemorrhoid Ointment. I was disappointed that I couldn’t find an Amazon source for it. I had to order a case through their rep:[...]
Hope that clarifies the matter.

hav u tried ayurveda? There is gud result in this science. If ur piles is just 1st degree or 2nd degree, internal medicines are enough. But if it is 3rd or 4th, there is a procedure called ksharasutra just like haemorroidectomy but with more percent of gud result ie with less chance of recurrence. Whichever place you r frm, there must b some ayurveda practioner nearby. U can contact them with more of ur case and history. I'm sure they will be able to help u out. Take care to follow his/her instructions. Hope u find relief soon.

Does anyone know of any more “up-to-date” videos? I’m sure this is a great video for a seasoned Dentist, but as a student I do not want to see him bend the needle and wiggle it all around in the tissue. You can tell his needle is deflecting like crazy and he’s trying to compensate for it. That hurts. There are less painful versions I would like to see. I would fail my clinical board if I touched the needle before the min. point of penetration (gauze square) and if I bent my needle.

You cannot get rid of hemorrhoids, but you can treat them in order to lessen their severity. A commercial ointment or cream will help to shrink the swollen tissues. (The cream is typically more effective.) Cotton pads or baby wipes that are soaked in witch hazel are cooling and soothing.
You should also take care to stay well hydrated and to eat a diet that is rich in fiber so that you don't become constipated. Do not strain to move your bowels, and do not spend a long time sitting on the toilet. When you can, avoid sitting — laying on your side may increase your comfort and provide healing time.
Last but by no means least, bring this up to your care provider during your postpartum follow-up appointment. Truly severe hemorrhoids may require medical intervention. If you experience any bleeding whatsoever, call your health care provider immediately.
William T.G. Morton participated in a public demonstration of ether anesthesia on October 16, 1846 at the Ether Dome in Boston, Massachusetts. However, Crawford Williamson Long, M.D., is now known to have demonstrated its use privately as a general anesthetic in surgery to officials in Georgia, as early as March 30, 1842, and Long publicly demonstrated ether's use as a surgical anesthetic on numerous occasions before 1846.[8]
Ether was sometimes used in place of chloroform because it had a higher therapeutic index, a larger difference between the recommended dosage and a toxic overdose. Ether is still the preferred anesthetic in some developing nations due to its high therapeutic index (~1.5-2.2) [9][dubious – discuss] and low price. Because of its associations with Boston, the use of ether became known as the "Yankee Dodge."
Ether could also be mixed with other anaesthetic agents such as chloroform to make C.E. mixture, or chloroform and alcohol to make A.C.E. mixture.
Today, ether is rarely used. The use of flammable ether was displaced by nonflammable anesthetics such as halothane. Additionally, ether had many undesirable side effects, such as postanesthetic nausea and vomiting. Modern anesthetic agents, such as methyl propyl ether (Neothyl) and methoxyflurane (Penthrane) reduce these side effects.[8]

Dude, I’m all for capitalism and free market trade, but you are an effing dunce. This is the worse possible way to ever teach someone who doesn’t like capitalism about capitalism. You’re doing nothing but turning away those who may have been on the fence, and feeding candy to your moronic neoconservatives who have no idea what free markets are either.
yeah, i would keep it. if he didn't make you sign and he just left it on your property its yours. it depends what service the phone is, if it does not have a simcard slot in the back you probally wont be able to activate it.
