Great hemmy pack!

Great combo and recommend this stuff. I realized that I had an anal fissure after buying this product and was not just hemmeroids. I was stupid and took aspirin and Ibuprofen which actually kept the fissure from healing since they are blood thinners. I started taking Tylenol instead for the pain which helped a great deal. Anyway, back to these products. The ointment was so soothing and helped a lot even though the smell is slightly strong but no big deal-i like the smell. Also the Fargelin made a big difference and helped that area heal and helped my stool to pass more easily and without pain. I recommend it! Your hole will thank you! haha! =)

Actually, its very clean with no ‘meat’ to speak of. The largest dark areas are thin scab and the dark ring is from fresh aloe (I’m not quite ready to SCRUB – lol). The ointment I have on it makes it look worse I think, something about the shine (blech). But I think its coming along fine, and I still believe that I got off REALLY LUCKY!
