    Medianism is seeing both the good and bad sides of everything and not taking a side, essentially remaining neutral, open to both sides.This can be advantageous because it makes it nearly impossible to be biased, racist, sexist, or any form of the concept of discrimination because one cannot take a side, as they can understand both points of view and cannot be an extremist. This also makes one a good mediator, as they can see both sides of a situation and fight for either side if they chose, based on selected facts, or make a truly honest decision based on evidence. They also would not be agitated as easily, being able to think about WHY a situation happened instead of it did happen.
    However, medianism in itself could also be a form of absolutism. If one decided to be a pure neutralist, arguing for and against a decision without forming a bias, then they would and will eventually argue against commonly held right/wrong beliefs, angering many people. It would make it hard to make connections with people about serious issues.
    Example: Hitler and the Holocaust. Cons: Deaths of millions of Jews. Pros: If the German's succeeded, they could have created their perfect Aryan race. Was it right? A medianist could argue for both sides depending on their choice of evidence, and this would anger many if they leaned towards pro.

    I believe medianism has it's place, but so do right and wrong. It would help if you could decide and debate an issue in medianism, then select and classify the event as right or wrong later.

    another effective method is making a herbal infusion from Polygonum persicaria L.(if you find this herb somewhere….)
    Polygonum persicaria is on of the most effective herbs which cures bleeding hemorrhoids and uterine bleeding.
    For the preparation of infusion – take a teaspoon of chopped herbs to a half cup of water and boil it for 15 minutes. Then leave it for 2 hours and filter it finally. Take half a glass of infusion 3 times daily before meals.

    To find the radius, use the distance formula from the center to any point on the circle.

    r = sqrt[(4-0)^2 + (-1-2)^2] = sqrt(16 + 9) = sqrt 25 = 5

    In the eqn. for a circle : (x-h)^2 + (y-k)^2 = r^2

    So (x-4)^2 + (y+1)^2 = 25
